Congressman from Oregon

By Janet Tuesday, February 22, 2011

Yesterday I read on the internet about a Congressman from Oregon whose staff noticed strange behavior my him and wanted him to seek professional help. Well today the Congressman whose name I believe is Woo appeared on GMA and I was impressed with what he had to say. He said he realized some of his behavior on the campaign was strange and at times unprofessional. He went on to say he has received professional help and is on both therapy and medicine. He feels he has got his act together and is currently raising his children by himself and is taking care of his 85 year old mother. He said he chose to appear on Good morning America not only to tell his side of the story and to get others who need the services of Mental Health professionals to seek the help. I feel what he did can only help people like ourselves and can help in getting rid of the stigma seeking out mental health professionals bring to people.

I want to thank this man for going on Good morning america to talk about his mental health issues
