Anniversary

In a few days it will mark 12 years since I was last hospitalized for schizoaffective disorder. Since i was first diagnosed in 1983 I have been hospitalized 5 different times and this is the longest there has ever been since my hospitalizations. I want to Thank each one of you who have been so kind to me and who I can say have helped me overcome some minor setbacks along the way.
Obama's Healthcare

I was wondering what others feel about President Obama's proposed Healthcare plan. I first went on Medicare Part A and B in 1988 and also have Medicare Part D that covers allows me to purchase my prescriptions at a much lower cost. I live in Ky and also have a card from the state of Ky that pays for my doctor visits and any hospitalizations. i feel lucky to have my benefits but wonder how my benefits would be effected under Obama's proposed...

Back Home in Ky

Mom and I returned home from our trip to Washington around 600p.m on Friday evening. as I reported in my post from Washington our trip was a trip of a lifetime for both Mom and me. Mom was coming off fullknee replacement at the age of 80 and while I consider myself quite stable one never knows what might cause a flareup of symtom. We both did good and like I said we both throughly enjoyed ourself. Even bad storms could not ruin the trip because...

The Fox t.v show Mental

I am writing this post to ask if anyone who has seen the Fox television show Mental is as Appalled by the show as I am? While I must admit I could only watch 10 minutes of the show I feel the show is done in very poor taste and should not be allowed to keep it on t.v. I feel it does not portray Mental Illness in the proper way and that the show is not realistic.

I come to all of you tonight to ask your opinion on the show and to say does...
