high temperature before episode

hi,recently my wife suffered an acute psychotic episode,I noticed approx 4 wks before episode a sharp increase in body temperature.Has any member witnessed this phenonemen or is this just coincidence.

    Hi there,

     

    My last episode was in 1987 when I was diagnosed and I don't remember having a high body temperature though I do remember everything about what happened to me.

     

    I'll defer the answer to people who have more recent experiences with the schizophrenia.

     

    Like I said, though, I didn't have a high body temperature.

  2. A high body temperature seems rather unusual

    It could be that this particular problem is health related or some how a result of something that is happening to the body. That would be a good question for a well informed physician.
