shatter ones confidence, determination and enthusiasm is almost lost.my sister came to know about having schizophrenia after one year of her treatment.she to some extent did her first job of telemarketing properly(at that didn't know she had schizophrenia).but after that she almost lost confidence and negativity about doing job unsuccesfuly came in her mind.  she added two more qualification(postgraduate diploma in bioinformatics and diploma in tourism in her academics. she has been taking medicine from last twelve years and still not confident of doing job sucessfuly.

Hello Neelam,

I suggest your sister do volunteer work to build up her self-esteem because in such a position there's no pressure to perform to the results of a business or corporation.  She can get work experience and obtain confidence this way.  Another thing is that she maybe hasn't found the kind of job that gives her confidence, if she found a job related to her interests, she may find it easier and more enjoyable, if her previous jobs weren't fulfilling to her as a passion.

Best regards,

Christina
