      <description>my ex was recently diagnosed with SZ but refuses to do any follow up diagnosis or treatment. as a result, i am dealing with him constantly in and out of jobs, borrowing money, erratic behavior, etc. he is a good father however, he is very accusatory and paranoid about my behavior which causes problems. should i file for full custody and/or supervised visitation and limit visitation until court decides? also, how do i explain this situation to...</description>
