How can you know for sure that it is happening? You can't really know. There have been scientific studies about it but it is basically something you should ignore because it is an open door for confusion to get in. It is asking for trouble.

i suggest that you try it?

i am not saying that you should try to invade peoples thoughts and minds at random.

instead With a friend or family member,who has an open mind to such things,,, Have you or them to think of a scene, keep it pure and unwavering. the other is to tune in to them to pick up on this.

it does work.

probably a little more reasearch and use of meditation will be nessary for you to achive the mental control to achive this on will. you can find books etc....

I think if someone knows its real and hide's it then they could use it to manipulate and hurt other people with it. As long as someone else has a doubt about it then that person with that knowledge "assuming they really can hear other people's thoughts and would use it in such a fashion" could take almost full advantage of their feelings and or thoughts. If it's believed to be real by anyone then it should be studied and perfected to prevent anything like this from happening. if it is ignored then what's happening to people now will keep happening. I believe that it is a misunderstood and natural human trait that was either rooted out or forgotten.
