Hello to everyone in our community.I hope everyone had a fine day today.I went to see my urologist today and received good news concerning something I've been dealing with the last few years. To make a long story short, about 5 years ago I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer.I was lucky though. My doctor was able to diagnose the cancer in it's fairly early stages.I did not have to go through chemotherapy, although I did receive what is called Internal radiation therapy, which uses small radioactive pellets that are implanted into the prosate gland.I received 152 pellets or seeds with the goal being to kill the cancer.Over the past few years my PSA blood test results, which estimate how likely a man is to have cancer, have not been at a level that my doctor and I have been satisfied with. But today the results were different. They finally dropped down to a level of 0.3,which my doctor and myself were very happy with. For all intense purposes I can finally say that I am cancer free. With news like that I was not going to let my paranoia or depression get in the way of spoiling my day.Anyway,I just wanted to touch base with everyone, merely to say that I hope everyone had a good day like I did. Best Wishes, Robert
