    Hello Robert. I woke at 4am this morning. That's cool the music you listen too. I love that eras music. I like most forms except the stuff they call "Hiphop" and the other stuff they call "death metal." I hope you have a good day.

    I have had extreme insomnia for 20 years and have tried everything known to man for this.  Xanax has worked wonders for this problem, but I have a new shrink who doesn't take me seriously and wants me to get off xanax and use seroquel.  OMG!  In 6 months time I have put on 30 pounds with this seroquel stuff!!!  Does Thorazine work as a sleep aid. At this point, I'm willing to try anything!

    Some use it for sleep, but you misght ask your dr. about Lunesta and an ativan 1mg as a bump for it see what your dr. says
