Hello to everyone in the community.I hope this message finds everyone well.I am back at work tonight at my part time job.One of the better things about my job,is the fact that I get to view mother nature at work.In the office where I am located, there are 4 fairly good size windows. These windows face the southern sky,and on a good night I get to lay witness to some of God's handiwork in the form of some great thunder and lightning displays. This may sound like a rather simple observation, but if any of you can remember one of my earlier SharePost. It is the simple and beautiful things in life that I have come to appreciate. The simple and wonderous things in life are of great therapy to me.I have been wanting to get out of the house more, with the intent of starting an exersize program for myself.I don't want to start out with anything to strenuous at first.Possibly start with a slow walking program and eventually work up to a slow jogging routine. This weekend would be a good time to start.I'm looking forward to a long 5 day weekend.I go back to my doctor on Monday. While I'm there I need to pick up some more samples of Geodon. My doctor is nice enough to give me samples, seeing as how it saves me $65.00 every 3 months.Well I had better get back to work. There aren't any lightning storms in my life tonight, just a simple black sky.Just taking life,One Day At A Time.Best wishes,Robert

Hi Robert,

Yes, I enjoy the simple things in life, too.

Will be clearing my appointment schedule in July and August because I've been so busy I've been frazzled.

Nice that you can see the weather from the windows.

Enjoy your day.

Cheers,

Christina

How lucky you are to be able to see outside!  I never had a job where there was a window opening up to anything worth watching.  Except, that is, for a volunteer job I now do once a month.  My chair is next to a large window looking out on the Trinity River.  Each time I go, I watch a small patch midstream as it gains or loses ground. It confirms that life is not just all about me.  Things change by increments over time and somehow I feel that validates my recovery.
