Meditation

My favorate form of meditation is Tratak...Simply light a candle. turn off the lights.

Sit comfortably and look at the flame, don't blink after a few minutes close your eyes and notice the after effects and imagine the flame at the same time.

Then you meditate Count three breaths in and three breaths out.

Concentrate on the sound AUM . You can  make the sound OM.Then when thoughts come up accept them then think on AUM again. You can do it for a few minutes. or longer. 15 minutes to a half hour.

Hi,

 

I like the part about counting your breath in and out three times.  The candle I'm not so keen on as I'm an ex-fireman's daughter and I generally don't light candles.  The OM part I will try too.
