My advice "NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!"

I have been on a wild ride these last two months. I have been inpatient, dropped by outpatient and told by my pdoc that its okay to "indulge" in my addiction once a day and "bored anxiety" is ever present.

I am NOT gving up.. that is not in my nature. I think sometimes when I am depressed  I want to "give up" but something always saves me.

I went to a new 12-step group last night. I got a lot out of it. I will continue on my path of recovery. I called a therapist who specializes in my addiction. I have an appointment in April. Tools all these things are tools to "fix the need"

Well the floor is done!! WOOO HOO!! I need to organize it today. The picture window in the puter room has to be replaced. I broke it months ago. Its a huge window and will cost a few bucks. The basement odor is gone. It must have been the duct work and furnance. I am glad that smell was....smelly!!

I need to close so that I can clean this room.

Take care everyone.

Hi David,

The road we travel isn't ever easy even though I told a friend life was hard and she said the two of us had easier lives than most.

Only I understand just how hard it can be to change a habit or stop an addiction or just plain carry on in the face of having SZ every day.

Keep up your admirable good work, positive spirt, and encouragement to all of us.

Regards,

Christina
