I am up and ready to face another day! Actually I've been up since 4:20am.
Today I am making my favorite cookie...Kolcahi's. It is a eastern European delight. This neighborhood is mostly Slovak. They are known for Halpukis, Kolachis and pierogies...in fact Binghamton is the pierogie capital of the U.S. A woman from church family is from Poland. She gave me her grandmother's recipe for Kolcahis. Margaret had a cookbook but I took it to work and someone stole it. Anyway they are very time consuming to make, bit I'll tell ya they are Yummy!!
Pizza bubbles are buttermilk biscuit dough cut into small rounds, coated with a pizza sauce topped my mozzeralla cheese and pepperoni then baked. OMG they are good.
I have a ton of writing to do. I emailed my teacher to have her explain this Thursday's assignment. My therapist had me write some stuff and I am also writing a Tribute to my brother who died.
I guess that's all the babble for now. I am hungry and leftover pizza bubbles sounds really good!
Take care all!!

Hi David,
The pizza bubbles sound delicious.
I like what I've read of your memoir so far. I might suggest that if you self-publish you use Amazon.com's CreateSpace option. This is what I'm going to do for one of my books.
I'm supposed to be at work now only I don't feel well. I'm not really playing hooky though. I might suggest you get a part-time job if it wouldn't interfere with your pension unless of course that doesn't appeal to you.
Let me go rest now.
Enjoy your day.
Regards,
Christina
