I think we can all understand how you are feeling as most of us have probably gone through the same thing. My question to you is have you spoken to anyone about what you are experiencing? If not I would like to reccommend to you to see a psychiatrist. Don't feel ashamed about calling one because I believe a psychiatrist could defintely help you. He might put you on some sorta of medication and if so I would defintely give whatever he says to you to do to follow his reccomendations.

    Hello Misha,

Keep the faith!  Never give up hope that it can get better!

Like Janet, a regular here, I suggest you research a good doctor and find a psychiatrist who specializes in schizophrenia and other mental illnesses.

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers,

    Chris

    Hello Misha,

NAMI's hotline could maybe refer you to a psychiatrist:

    1 (800) 950 - NAMI (6264).

Please, it can get better if you reach out.

    Best,

    Chris
