About Me

I am a passionate, open-minded, spiritual person.  I've been seriously mentally ill now for about 13 years.  It started my second year in college.  My case is unusual in that I've had every type of major illness:  depression,  social anxiety, ocd, paranioa, and schizophrenia, and finally now schizoaffective disorder. I've always had a predisposition for both depression and schizophrenia.  I've probably have experienced it since I was ten years old.  My predisposition for schizophrenia was more of a slight one.  In high school I knew I was a little different.  The tragedy of it all is that it all could have been prevented if I had a different environment (different father, different community, etc.)  Now that I've been through hell for so long I am relatively stabilized--for which I'm grateful.  But I still get angry sometimes at God.
