Good morning everyone

Hope some of you will find this second link from the Scientist as thought provoking as I did!

Sorry the sound quality is not great, but the text (though wordy) is fascinating.Worth the effort I think.

http://www.the-scientist.com/news/display/55682/

Somehow it got me thinking on inner heard thoughts, sounds, and music and our struggles to make sense from our own individual 'microdot' position  in  the universe; the huge human need to understand and be understood.....*

I found it moving and somehow very 'humane' and uplifting...

*Don't think dogs share this need, and cats certainly don'tSmile! Not a worry for them.

Human consciousness and generated anxiety are certainly linked, but this I believe is also, when turned outward closely related to creativity and achievements, great and small.

Time to walk the dogs...this bit of the universe is relentlessly wet, so I will hum to myself and splash in a few primordial type puddles on the way..

Best wishes

Chris in wet and grey UK

Hi Chris,

An interesting article and I would've liked to see and hear the performance in person.

Listening to music has always been a tool for recovery for me.  I love music and couldn't live without it.

Regards,

Christina
