Helpful link with info on delusions and great advice/insight for family and friends

Hope I can manage to give a clickable hyperlink to a recent post on Valash's excellent blog Overcoming Shizophrenia. (She is happy for me to link to it here and I do hope others find it helpful and encouraging.) There is also such a lot of info/links on her site, and she has also set up a forum, both worth regular visits. A blog dealing with denial early in her illness I also found very helpful.
