It's almost 11pm. I haven't stayed up this late in years.
My dentist appointment went well, for the mostpart. As I expected my tooth is infected. She gave me a choice a root canal or pull the tooth. They cost about the same. But if I got a crown for the tooth it might not last, seeing I'm a tooth grinder. So I'm having the tooth pulled and getting a new tooth on my partial. I hate the thought of losing another tooth but I gotta do what I gotta do. My mouth was hurting and the music in my head kept me awake. I took some pain meds (over the counter). My mouth is dry and that's why it hurt. I also took off my bite guard. I feel way better than I did.
On the lighter side of things. My meeting at the outpatient facility went very well. We talked about a variety of things. I told them that in no way will I accept payment. I was given a wide range of things that I can do and can't do. One great thing is that they have a kitchen to teach the people how to cook. Let me tell ya that really sweetened the pot. That will be so cool teaching a cooking class again. I start this Friday 9am-12pm. For a few weeks I will just "blend in" and get to know the people. I am so happy that finally after about three years of begging its finally a reality. Happy Dance!!
Watch out for parking meters and pull the weeds.

Dave,
That is great news...sounds like the time is right!
And that dance rhythm is catching, dancing with you having my breakfast cuppa
.

Thank you Chris.
It has been a dream of mine these last three years. I am excited to start.
I've been writing my memior. It has brought out some really good memories and some very emotional ones. It's great that I can look back and see how far it was for me to get this far.
Those are the things I want to teach my fellow mentally diagnosed people.
Paying it forward.
David
