Hi David. I am glad you are back home and are feeling better. I too would like to echo your opinion on when a person feels something is not right they should either call their doctor or like you go to the hospital.

David you are a wise man and as I have said before you serve as an inspiration to me and to many others. Glad you got to spend some quality time with your son Kyle.

I hope you continue to do well and I look forward to your share posts because I have learned so much from you.

    Hello David,

I am glad that you have a great support group. Having support is crucial to recovery. My family is my support group they support me by participating in mental health awareness groups and learning more about schizophrenia. In addition, I am glad we have this chat room to share information too. This group is positive and educational.

Thanks Christina, I remembered you always say that it gets worse. Thankfully I kept my wits about me. That saved my life.

    David,

So glad that u are doing better!  I am also glad that you had the courage to tell us, and that u had someone to help u through.  They say one person with a  problem shares it with another they are only left with half the problem!

I am very proud and have a hard time asking for help.  One of the reasons I want to write in these posts is so people will see if I am sliding and warn me.  I can't see it when I am in it.  I have asked friends who don't have the illness, and they are scared to tell me.  Thus I am alone.  So please, if u notice I am skitzing warn me?

I am always a little paranoid, but I seem to catch that fairly quickly.

So David, I admire your courage to ask for help.  Keep on keepin on.

    Sincerely

    tinkerdel

    Warm wishes,

    Dave
