It's a few minutes before 4am. I'm just sitting here surfing the net. There isn't any music in my head, and the few voices are easily pushed out. I'm getting better at pushing them out.  I feel really good. I was worried because I felt tired all the time. After my hospital stay my pdoc upped ...

    Hi Dave,

    Good early morning to you!

Enjoyed reading your post which made me smile. Yes, cooking (and the eating!) gives pleasure doesn't it. We also are a 'doggy' household. Their noses certainly rule their heads!

Good luck with your competion . What fun! Dressing up too.

Thanks Chris! Good morning to you. The dogs here certainly do rule. They are so spoiled. I love my dogs. Frappe is always in the kitchen watching me. Sometimes by accident, a morsel will fall to the floor..lol. Have a great day!

I am a surrogate doggy mommy this weekend while my brother and his wife are out of town.  Dixie follows me everywhere and yes, I do give her a small bit of cheese every morning for a treat.  Also it helps her medicine go down.  (I know this from my own experience!)

    Ha, Carolyn,

Yes , some of life's best lessons can come from learning from experience!

We all deserve little rewards and treats sometimes.

Nothing beats the wag of a dog's tail, for expressing and emphasising  that fact!
