    I am reading a book about "embracing the now," and it sounds like that is what you have done.

     

    It is interesting to think about how all of the past moments in time were "now" when they happened.  And all future moments will be "now" when they happen.  It is easy to waste life worrying about the past and/or the future, and miss experiencing life now.
