Pie anyone?

By David Robbins Wednesday, August 19, 2009

I didn't write a sharepost earlier. I wasn't gonna today, but I had too.

I worked on my project early this morning. When Margaret woke up, I made her breakfast, pan fried potatoes, eggs over easy and toast. After breakfast we did some shopping. It is very hot and humid,  we didn't shop too much.

When we got home I baked a French Coconut Pie and my signature Black Cake. I just tried the pie, it is good. It will be even better cold with some whip cream.

Margaret bought me a glass cake pedestal and lid. It is beautiful. The cake is cooling. I will frost it later with my own Peanut Butter Frosting.

I didn't have any voices until about an hour ago. My headache was around for a bit, I took my migrane meds.. I'm getting headaches everyday now.

I can hear my grandpa say "when you cry you cry alone, laugh and the world laughs with you." I reversed that quote, because its always best to end on a positive note.

I will take my leave.

Live, love, laugh, learn, listen,

Dave (the baker wannabe)

Hi Dave,

It's nice that Margaret bought you a cake pedestal.  The little things mean a lot, don't they?  I remember when my mother sewed me a bedspread.

I hope you enjoy your day and that the voices are able to go away.

Regards,

Christina
