I wrote some things in my personal blog. It has helped me to get back in control. My anxiety is gone.

I have the tools, the wisdom and strength to use them. Sometimes, like yesterday, I get blinded and react instead of think.

Its something I struggle with. I am get better at it. I need to let out the "red" I see, when I see it. Having the patience and capability to see beyond is what I need most.

Thank you all for your support, inspiration wisdom.

Live, love, laugh, learn, listen,

Dave
