Lately I've been wanting to use my illness as an excuse for the way I act. I shy away from conversations and really want to blame it on my SZA. I know deep down that it isn't my SZA. I have been shy my whole life. So why do I have this desire to blame it on the SZA? I don't know the an...

    Hi Dave,

Wear the new suit in good health!

I bought a red wool military jacket that I like because it has a pocket on the left sleeve.  I hope the tailor can hem the sleeves so that they look okay.  Even thought the jacket is a 4P (petite) I always have to get the sleeves hemmed of any petite item of clothing anyway.

    Enjoy the suit.

    Regards,

    Christina

    Hey Dave,

I can totally relate to avoiding conversations.  I just flat out don't think I enjoy talking.  It requires too much thought for me - if that makes sense.  I have to snap out of this pattern if I am going to be successful in disciplining my daughter.  I went to Social Anxiety Group meetup yesterday to help and I think my therapy is helping as well.  I am discovering that I am very shy and don't know if it is related to my SZA.  I remember always needing a drink before socializing with the women though.

    Have a great day.

    Rene
