About Me

I have been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. I speak at various places in hopes that the stigma against us stops. I have good support from people. I'm inspired by many. I've had a mental illness for most of my life. My stuggles and my victories are what propel me onward. Helping another get out from under themselves is the most rewarding and fuflling thing a person can do. It's nice to know we don't walk alone.
