About Me

Dr Jerry Kennard is a psychologist and academic who lives and works in the U.K. He is an Associate Fellow and Chartered member of the British Psychological Society. Dr Kennard is Head of Psychology at York St.John University, York, North Yorkshire. He spent a number of years working in both general and specialized mental health settings.

Dr Kennard uses his background in health to inform his teaching of clinical and health psychology to students. His current research and publication interests include the mental health and wellbeing of adolescents and the psychology of men's health. Jerry lives with his wife and daughter in the historic city of York.
