Today I had a spare 15 minutes, and a banana for breakfast, so I took my medications. I usually skip taking it due to the fact I am always in a rush or don't have breakfast. I think it is better with food, so I always take it with food, or not at all. Don't know if that is better, but usually I don't have time to think about it anyway. Recently work is getting very busy, whereas  I used to have a lot of time. I haven't noticed too many side effects, I think that's a result of keeping busy and not dwelling on the negatives. Also living in a foreign country is helping me. I feel that society doesn't look down on mentally ill people as much here. I feel quite normal and as if I am not suffering at all most of the time.

20mg of Abilify and 20mg of Fluoxetine is a good mix for me but I am not sure if it is commonly done. At times I feel tired during the day, just after I take my meds, but that's nothing a coffee can't fix. I don't like having to drink coffee so much but that's what I have to do to stay awake so I do it. I don't smoke or do anything else at the moment.

A while ago I was taking Zyprexa, and I put on about 20kg in weight. It was starting to cause problems so my doctor put me onto Abilify. I still havent been able to lose that weight despite joining a gym and going almost 3-4 times a week. I don't know why I can't lose the weight, it really gets me down. I need to work harder in my training I think, and eat less.... but that is difficult... it already feels like I don't eat much.. I even had a personal trainer for a while but that cost so much money.  To lose some weight would be worth it I think.

If anyone has any weight loss tips it would be greatly appreciated!
