I have been trying new things to take the edge off, because I know myself well, and once I become stressed, the illness becomes more powerful. I was just introduced to a few books in the last few months regarding coping strategies for stress. They include; Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Feel the Fear and Do it anyway...
