    Good luck to you too!

     

    I agree that using coping skills and strategies is the best defense against the symptoms.  I just spoke with a friend on the phone about this:  the symptoms mutate over the years.  What worked then might not work now.  You cannot recreate the past.  However you can find out what works and go with that.  All this goes along with what you wrote about in your SharePost.

    Thanks for the good post. It is encouraging, which I need right now. Sometimes, for various reasons, it is hard to commit to the upward road, the road to feeling better and possible recovery. But you have done it! Congratulations. Carolyn

    Glad to hear that you're feeling better and thank you for giving encouragement to others.  I've been away from this site for a while, but I'm hoping that I'll spend more time here in the coming weeks.  I hope you do too.  I would like to get to know you better.  You sound great.  Thanks for posting.
