Fall descends upon me as expected every year.
Falling every Fall, as expected.
The days grow shorter, nightfall descends upon me earlier every day.
The dark cloud of sadness and depression and loneliness descends upon me earlier every day.
Finding joy in the leaves ...

Fall

Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 10:32 AMHello,
I relate to what you wrote as heading into fall, it's a sadder time for me though right now a productive writing season.
I'm wondering if a change in meds could be in order, because SAD or seasonal affective disorder can possibly go away at the right dose, as it did for me.
Trust me, I lived for 21 years with SAD until the change in dose of the Stelazine [it was increased] stopped the "winter blues" in its tracks.
Again, I relate to what you're going through and hope you find some joy in these dark days.
Regards,
cb

Sunday, September 14, 2008 at 02:18 PMHello again ,
Your post is beautiful, although at the same time provoking sighs. It connects with a universal angst from feeling people. The human(e) condition. So glad you have posted again, I was wondering about you. Please take comfort that your feelings are heard and 'held'.
Please keep posting, Chris UK
