    Hi Bretsch,

It's good to hear from you.

I was sent by VESID, known as OVR in 1989, for training at ICD.  This enabled me to find my first full-time job as an administrative assistant.

I wish you good luck with everything.

Sorry you've encountered stigma.  Let me tell you there is no stigma here.  This is a stigma-free zone where we all support each other.

    In solidarity,

    cb

Bretsch, it's nice to hear from again. I hope you are well. I too went through OVR in 1981. They got me  my first job as a machine operator. I cooked for over 20 years, but that first job was a good foundation.

Like Chris said there's no stigma here. We're all in this together.

    Sincerely,

    David
