NAMI Is Conducting A Survey

By Ashley Smith Tuesday, September 09, 2008

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is conducting a survey to see how well the public health system is treating people with a serious mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression). Visit NAMI http://www.nami.org and take the survey at

http://www.nami.org/Template.cfm?Section=national_surveys&Template=/customsource/telesage_survey.cfm&lstid=933

Now is the time to give your feedback on your public mental health services. The survey will be conducted until September 30, 2008. And it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Thanks,

Ashley
