About Me

hi, my name is cherie and i was diagnosed with schizophrenia when i was 30, i live with schizophrenia every day and i dont want to be treated like a freak. i am sad that todays society hasnt changed much over the years when it comes to people and mental handicapps we are laughed at and told that we are lazy and dirty people, and looked down upon in todays society i wish i could change the attitudes of so many ignorant people, but where does one start? i like art and poetry and reading i am a deep thinker and praying for a revolution in todays mental society. the ada needs to crack down on discrimination in the work place and just not ignore the needs of the current mental population
