Sister was diagnosed when she turned 18, now she is 50 and her condition is getting worse. My parents were primary caregivers, now they are experiencing age restrictions(elderly, ailing, father in nursing home). I have always been a big part of my sisters life, but not this much. I'm not sure what to do.
