    Hello Carolyn,

Yes, that is how the change was for me: instantaneous.  After 17 years of being so fatigued in the morning that I woke up late and was late to nearly every job I had, I now get up universally before 9:00 a.m.

The good thing, Carolyn, is that subtle effects could happen over the course of the year.  My cross-titer, as you know, has ended, and once I was solely on the G., more subtle shifts began to happen.

So take heart if it takes a year to get back on track.

Good luck with all your new endeavors.

    Cheers,

    Chri
