Government Help?

  • Does the government provide any help to patients diagnosed with schizophrenia? My mom has this disease & my dad struggles w/insurance payments etc. Can my dad get any help at all?

      there is a service called the ACTT team. They will visit and monitor your dad. Any help is good. Do ask your dr to refer you to the ACTT team. God bless everyone.

    If your dad has not filed for social Security Disiability for your mom, he should do that first and also apply for Medical Assistance.  Does your mom not have a Social Worker provided to her?  She should if she has been in a psycratic hospital for treatment.  Her social worker should have given your father all of this information.  Call...
