I'm refusing risperdone. I'm taking Latuda. Its great. I'm happy. Risperdone made me angry about the foul diet aftertaste. It always came back. Risperdone also gave me Parkinson's and multiple sclerosis like tremors and movements. I'm glad I'm taking Latuda. I'm glad I can refuse the risperdone and take Latuda.

Yes,

I know someone who is on Latuda and he's doing just fine.  It's one of the weight-neutral atypicals.  I have it written into my psychiatric advance directive that in no circumstance am I to be given Risperdal if I have to go into a hospital and I'm not competent to express my drug preferences.  The drug has a number of side effects even worse than the ones you mentioned, plus it can make someone gain weight.

I'd love to hear in the coming weeks how it's going with the Latuda.  I wish you continued success with it.

Regards,

Christina

Is one of the unmentioned side-effects of dispersal that I would be unable to express my wishes. I'm able to communicat so much better without it.
