Hello, all. I finally have something good to report. I've got an appointment with a psychologist on Wednesday at 3. While I'm relieved that I'll finally be getting some help, I can't help but feel a little nervous about it. I spoke to my mom today, as I've been keeping her updated via texting; we don't talk on the phone because neither of us really like to, but today we had a record 8 minute phone conversation. She says that she's been having a bit of a flare up with her positive symptoms for the past week or so...she seems to be handling it okay though. Anyway, I'll keep in touch and let everyone know how things progress. -Rain

Dear Rain,

Have been reading and feeling for you... I feel you have such innate capacity to make brave strides forwards... am rooting for you...Take courage and may your family and on line support and professional input give 'power to your elbow' to allow progress in your journey....you are already on your way.That has to be good.. Good luck!! Value your take on things, that 'insight' will betremendously valuable for you,even though it may now worry you. Hope you find the best help.
