I think i may suffer from paranoid schizophenia

everyday i wake up to the sound of voices coming from my head. They never talk directly to me, however they talk about me. for instance i was dating this guy and i thought he was dating another girl who worked at my job.me and the guy work together also. anyway i became convinced they were dating even though both him and her has said otherwise....
