Multi tasking

I feel like I am multitasking all the time- dealing with 3 or 4 different things at once, and in the end not really achieving anything. My Medication

Today I had a spare 15 minutes, and a banana for breakfast, so I took my medications. I usually skip taking it due to the fact I am always in a rush or don't have breakfast. I think it is better with food, so I always take it with food, or not at all. Don't know if that is better, but usually I don't have time to think about it anyway.... Read moreChevron

My husband has just been diagnosed with schizophrenia. He has been hearing voices for the past two years (I didn't know until recently).
