In between ECT's

The month between my last ECT hasn't been as bad as I thought. Sure I had a tough weekend last week, but compared to the whole month it wasn't that bad.   I feel good. busy day

I am developing a new morning routine. I am rewriting things I do to benefit me. It's working well. I am still a little slow, that's part of the plan.   Speaking of slow, I am trying to slow down.
