Face it or run

Battery charged

I got my battery charged at church and at the ARP group. I was running around church trying to set up tables and chairs in the gym for a potluck dinner. Then I had to set up equipment to show two movies. As I was trying to get the dvd player going I couldn't figure it out. Finally after a long fight I conceded and asked for help.... Hospital saving grace

I am back. I spent the last 7 days in the hospital. The anxiety got to be so high I wanted die. According to the crisis unit I have been there 18 times with 14 admissions in the past 22 years. This stay was different than any other. I wasn't depressed (though I wanted to die), no voices but high levels of anxiety.... Read more Chevron
