Sister needs help ??

My sister was diagnososed with being a Paranoid Schizophrenic in the past year and was doing ok for a while. She lives by here self and lately is not taking here medications and is going downhill very quickly. She is 45 and wont allow any help from anyone, how do get here the help she needs? What should I do?

My little brother (20) was recently diagnosed with schizophrenia. His case is a little different because it was brought on by illegal drug use. He used drugs for a very short time (2-3 months) bbefore he started to hear voices. He is a wonderful young man and I only want waht is best for him.
