Side effects

Hi, I have schizo-affective disorder and am currently on Seroquel and it has worked for the most part accept for my strong psychosis.  I am trying Trilafon and it makes me restless.  I'd like to know if this side effect will eventually dissipate.  I'd appreciate any information.
