Delusions

Can anyone tell me about delusions? This seems to my son's biggest issue right now. What's it like? What works best? How do I talk to him about it? Why if he's having these, does he do so well in school? He is in a RTC right now and is very very quiet is that because of the delusions? He feels that he is doing okay until somebody else... I just had my first big challenge to be able to help someone and I guess I failed.

Well after trying to help someone, this person basically threatened to kill me and it was after the person had taken a medication (I forget what it was since I am not that familiar with any medicines, I will find out later). New Study: Cognitive therapies ineffective for Sz.

I read about this recent study on the Science Daily website. I found it sobering yet I agree with it's findings. My Son is gone again
