What does the song say?

WDAVE radio is playing the Billy Joel song "Turn em on turn em on turn on those sad song to iron out the rough spots."   I'm trying to figure out, why a certain song plays when I wake. I woke this morning at 2:50 am to Cher singing "Gypsies, tramps and thieves." Now I hear "Dr. Feelgood" by a band I can't remember who. action distractions

On a stretch of highway in this area, you can see the state hospital that sits atop a hill. In fact it is called "The Hill." Anyway, for years when I drove that highway, I would always look up at The Hill. It was a comfort to know it will always be there when I need help. A bump in the head

I took a nap after ECT. I was up for a few hours then fell asleep again around 6:45pm. Woke this morning at 2am. Billy Joel is singing "sad songs, they say so much." Its gone now

I wrote some things in my personal blog. It has helped me to get back in control. My anxiety is gone.   I have the tools, the wisdom and strength to use them.
