I woke this morning at 2:50 am to Cher singing "Gypsies, tramps and thieves." Now I hear "Dr. Feelgood" by a band I can't remember who. Never? Really?

Voices and music were extremely loud when I woke up. I guess the voice respite is over, so I thought. It was like I was at a concert. I kept my mind moving forward and now the chaos in my head is gone. My head is clear and my thoughts are my own again. Its weird having thoughts without any comments from the voice gang.... Having a go of it

I started out this morning with no music and a few dark voices saying awful things. I don't give a care what they say anyway. I know me and them and they ain't gonna have any power over me.
