The voice reality

Voices are active today. Not really too bothersome. Music on voices gone.   I see my pdoc this afternoon for my 5 minute shot appointment. I'm gonna tell him about my fear of someone shooting me through the side window. Voice prevention

Been up a while chatting with some friends.   The voices are gone right now. I talked my way out of em. The distraction of talking helped. I hope one day they will go away for good.
