ECT day has arived

It's been a long month and rough week and a half. This morning I have an ECT at 7:45am. I'm looking foward to it. It helps me soo much that words cannot describe how I feel. In between ECT's

The month between my last ECT hasn't been as bad as I thought. Sure I had a tough weekend last week, but compared to the whole month it wasn't that bad.   I feel good.
