Everyone on this site is so nice.

You might think that it would not be that way. I know that this is not a full representation of everyone affected by sz but it is refreshing compared to what is out there on the web. Helping our son, help himself

Saw the Doc today

So I saw a therapist this afternoon. He told me that he doubts I've got Schizophrenia. He did say that I've more than likely got extreme chronic depression/anxiety which caused much if not all of my symptoms. I haven't had an official psych evaluation yet; that won't happen until the 7th. Meanwhile, I meet with my therapist again on Saturday.

New Study: Cognitive therapies ineffective for Sz.

I read about this recent study on the Science Daily website. I found it sobering yet I agree with it's findings.
