WHEN IS MEDICATION TO MUCH MEDICATION? HOW DO WE KNOW WHEN WE ARE OVER MEDICATED?

When is medication for Diabetes or any condition for that matter to much? I'm asking this question as I think over the amount of prescription medication in my meds box.
