There is also the possibility that the dose of Seroquel is not high enough, but that is to be discussed with your doctor.  But like Chris said -- it sounds like you should get in touch with your doctor right away and see what s/he says and whether anything can be done about the nighttime voices.  I have often heard them myself.  Even when I was on a medication that was working the rest of the day.   Carolyn
